These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Kaku app (the “App”), a Shikaku puzzle game for iOS developed by Gonzalo Fuentes (“we”, “us”). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
License
We grant you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, in accordance with Apple’s App Store Terms of Service and these Terms.
In-app purchases
The App offers “Kaku Pro”, a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that unlocks additional difficulty tiers, more hints, and extra themes. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. As a non-consumable purchase, Kaku Pro can be restored on your devices via the “Restore Purchases” option. Purchases are final except where a refund is required by law; refunds are handled by Apple.
Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, tamper with, or attempt to disrupt the App or its services (including leaderboards and achievements), and not to use the App in any unlawful way.
Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the App. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection law.
Privacy
Your use of the App is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest version.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Spain, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
